1. Welcome to True Natura

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Harker International (Private) Limited (Registration No. PV 00338032, Kandy, Sri Lanka), the company that operates True Natura at truenatura.com. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “True Natura” refer to Harker International (Private) Limited. “You” refers to the person accessing the site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use True Natura and at least 18 years old to place an order in your own name. If you are between 16 and 18, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these age requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You may create a True Natura account to track orders, save addresses, and manage your preferences. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your account.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly at info@truenatura.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Products, pricing, and availability

True Natura offers a curated selection of premium spices, tropical plants, handcrafted furniture, and eco-friendly home goods sourced from Sri Lanka. Product images and descriptions are provided for general information. Because we work with small-batch growers and artisans, natural variations in colour, shape, weight, and grain are expected — particularly for spices, plants, and handcrafted wooden items.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, withdraw products, or correct pricing errors at any time before your order is confirmed. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you to either honour the corrected price or cancel the order at our discretion, with a full refund if applicable.

Some products — particularly seasonal spices and live plants — may be limited in quantity or availability. We try to keep stock levels accurate but cannot guarantee availability at the moment of ordering.

5. Orders and payment

True Natura is currently a product catalog and buyer-introduction front, not a direct checkout. A sourcing brief is handled by the SriLankaExport Trade Desk, which helps identify and vet exporters; the buyer contracts with and pays the selected exporter directly.

Any sourcing-agent service fee, if applicable, is agreed in writing before paid work begins. True Natura does not hold buyer funds, operate escrow, or settle exporter payments.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping zones, transit windows, and customs handling are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Live plants and seeds may require additional phytosanitary documentation for certain destinations; we will contact you if this affects your order.

7. Returns and refunds

Eligibility, time windows, condition requirements, and refund timing are described in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Perishable items (loose spices, dried herbs, live plants and cuttings) carry specific handling rules — see that policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

The True Natura name, logo, site design, and all original content on truenatura.com (including text, photography, layouts, and code) are owned by Harker International (Private) Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, frame, or commercially reuse content from this site without our prior written permission.

9. User content (reviews and comments)

When you post a product review, comment, or other content on True Natura, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, edit, and distribute that content in connection with the site and our marketing. You retain ownership of your content.

Reviews policy. Consistent with the United States Federal Trade Commission Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465), product reviews on True Natura are accepted only from verified buyers — accounts that have a completed order for the product being reviewed. We do not buy, solicit, or otherwise incentivise reviews in exchange for compensation, free product, or discounts. We do not selectively suppress or remove negative reviews; the only grounds for removal are the prohibited-content rules listed below.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent (including reviews of products you have not purchased and used).
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
• Contains spam, advertising, or links to competing stores.

We may remove or edit any user content that violates the rules above, at our discretion.

10. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the site, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, harvesters) to access the site without our written permission.
• Interfere with the security or functioning of the site, including by introducing viruses or malicious code.
• Resell our products without explicit written authorisation.

11. Disclaimers

True Natura is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing, we make no warranty that the site or its content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Natural products are sold for personal use. Some spices, herbs, and plants may interact with medications or cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Always consult a qualified medical professional before using any herbal product for therapeutic purposes. Information on this site is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment.

Live plants and seeds are sold subject to local quarantine and import regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure plant material is legal to import in your jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harker International (Private) Limited and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of True Natura is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harker International (Private) Limited from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the courts of Kandy, Sri Lanka, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at info@harker.international with a written description of the dispute. We commit to attempting good-faith resolution within 30 days.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the site for at least 14 days before they take effect; your continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and True Natura.
